Return & Refund Policy

At Shynoraa.com, every piece o is handcrafted with care, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return & exchange guidelines carefully before placing an order.

1) No Returns on Regular Orders

We do not offer returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Color/size preference

  • “Did not like the product”

  • Duplicate order

  • Incorrect order placed by customer

Only damaged, defective or missing items are eligible for return/claim.

2) Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance:

  • ⚡ Sale items

  • ⚡ Customized / Personalized jewellery

  • ⚡ Rush delivery orders

  • ⚡ Gift Cards / Gift Vouchers

  • ⚡ Used or opened items

3) When Are Returns Accepted?

We accept return claims only if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • There is a missing item in the parcel

4) Unboxing Video is Compulsory

To approve any claim (damaged/wrong/missing), the customer must provide:

  • full unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel

  • Clear photos of the product, inner and outer packaging

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

5) Condition for Return Approval

The product must be:

  • Completely unused & unworn

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags/labels intact

6) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

However, if your return claim (damaged/wrong/missing) is approved:

  • You can place a new order after returning the item.

    This is the fastest way to get the product you want.

7) Damages & Issues

Any item damaged during shipping will be replaced only after verification.

Steps:

  1. Email/WhatsApp us same day of delivery

  2. Share order number + issue details

  3. Attach photos + compulsory unboxing video

Once verified, we will send you a replacement.

8) Shipping Responsibility

If we approve your claim:

  • You may need to ship the item back to us

  • Return shipping charges may apply depending on the issue

    (For wrong/damaged items, we usually bear the cost after verification.)

Forced returns will not be accepted or refunded.

9) Order Cancellation

  • Can be cancelled within 24 hours if the order has not been shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
